We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cosy cottage. The views of the Casco Bay right outside your door are truly breathtaking. The kitchen was very well equipped, the gas grill was useful, and the porch overlooking the bay was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Jack was available if needed but not intrusive. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay here and we’ll definitely be back next year, too. You can’t beat the location, the place is well-stocked and clean, and even when the weather isn’t great the giant south and west-facing windows provide a splendid view of the water and islands. The pool is a bonus, and distances to Brunswick or Orr’s/Bailey islands are perfectly fine. Even Freeport and Portland are within a day trip, so this makes a good home base, too. The hosts are so nice and very responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful property right on the water. Our dog loved the beach right down the steps and there was a great private yard. Would definitely come back.

AWESOME - pictures do not do it justice - far better than we had imagined, and we are familiar with the Maine coast & Harpswell area. Jack & family are VERY good hosts, and the property meticulously sustained in it's casual & beautiful setting. SUPER !!!

The Studio is a great place to get away. Right at the end of Harpswell very few locations in Maine can deliver this experience. Views were fantastic, and the house is built to keep you in the moment at all times. At the same time Harpswell is close enough to society so there isn’t a burden. You can go to Orr’s Island, North to Bath, close to Bowden, and are about 45 mins from Portland. Make sure to research before and rent a canoe/Kayak. We went out towards the back islands and saw seals. Something you don’t want to miss.
