MaineStay Vacation Rentals is a Homes & Harbors Company. Homes and Harbors Real Estate was founded in 2001 and has since become the leading real estate sales company in our area. The business expanded several years ago into selective long-term and vacation rentals. The rentals business, formerly known as Homes & Harbors Rentals is now MaineStay Vacations for vacation, seasonal rentals, long-term rentals, and property management. At MaineStay Vacations, we focus our efforts on our guests--visitors to our area primarily during the Summer months-- to help them select a suitable rental property and then to enjoy the best of this coastal region of Maine while in it. We manage rental cottages and houses that are owned by private parties. We advertise these properties and spend time by email and phone to help interested potential guests understand the properties, their locations, the area and the rental process.
