Lily & Blake’s lobstermen’s cottage was an idyllic waterfront escape — warm, welcoming, and full of history. Our experience was perfect from the moment we reserved the cottage — Lily was responsive and more than willing to work with our arrival schedule. The home itself is extremely comfortable, with all of the necessities and wonderful touches that made our stay there feel extra special. The siting directly on the waterfront is spectacular. It was a moody, stormy evening when we arrived, and we watched the rain and fog drift across the water from the comfort of our living room (warmed by the fire from the wood stove). The two queen beds are extremely comfortable, with spotless sheets and soft duvets… Finally, the cottage’s location is perfect—an easy drive to Brunswick or Bath and just down the road from picturesque towns on the coast. One of the nicest places we have had the pleasure of renting. Lily & Blake have put significant energy and love into this property and it shows.

Lily and Blake’s cottage exceeded expectations! Lily was so amazing and gracious to us, accommodating our dates and going out of her way to make our plans work. I really appreciated her extra effort and care, providing restaurant and sightseeing recommendations too. As for the cottage, it is beautiful and exactly as presented in the photos. It is so cozy and comfortable, you don’t want to leave. Every detail is thought of and all of the extra touches, like spare products in the bathroom, are really nice when traveling. The view is amazing; we loved waking up to the ocean out the back window. The sauna is a wonderful touch too, with all the spa-like amenities to enjoy. We loved it. We would not hesitate to come back.

Absolute gem of a place. We can't wait to come back! Everything is perfect, from the most lovely brick driveway to all the window views to the most satisfying dimmer lights to the quality of home decor... It was raining and windy, but it didn't matter at all because this place is spectacular. Can only imagine what Summer here feels like!

I have stayed at many airbnbs all around the world and this one my friends is one of my top three. Place is divine, hosts are wonderful and there is nothing really nothing Lily & Blake have not thought prior to your arrival. We will be back. No doubt. Thank you, thank you, thank you

We can't say enough about our stay at this cozy Maine cottage! Lily and Blake made us feel right at home. They welcomed us personally and were immediately responsive to any questions we had. The views of the water were amazing. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it!
