Another great stay and just as perfect as our visit last year! We love waking up to the beautiful view and having coffee on the screened in porch. The surrounding area has much to do as well, but we can enjoy whole days spent at the cabin with the beach and the peacefulness it has to offer. The amenities are always as described, beds are comfortable, it’s clean, and hosts are very responsive to any needs or concerns. Can’t wait to come back again next year!

Private, charming cottage with amazing view. Kitchen was extremely well equipped; we lived mostly in the front screened in porch. The outdoor shower was fantastic. We loved our own private rocky cove .. found sea glass. We brought our own kayaks and enjoyed kayaking over to the seals. The neighborhood is very friendly and we walked around Mere Point every day. We visited Popham Beach, Brunswick, Freeport, The Dolphin Marina at Harpswell (highly recommend) and climbed the Giant Staircase on Baileys Island. We were lucky enough to witness a spectacular sunset too.

I loved this place so much! I rented it for the view and proximity to the waterfront, which was more than I expected. Sitting on the porch and looking at the water was my favorite part of the trip! It was like 15 minutes to get to the town, but I liked how we had privacy and were off the beaten path. We launched our kayaks from the shore and it was super convenient. The nearby towns have so much to do! I highly recommend this place- especially if you need a dog friendly air bnb.

We know the area well, as I attended college nearby, and we have rented on Mere Point before. This was by far the best house. Rustic charm, seriously well-equipped kitchen including a brand new grill and sharp knives! We cooked in all but one night. The beach is idyllic in both high tide and low. Our dogs learned to swim this vacation! At every time of day, the house and setting were peaceful and lovely. Owner was very responsive in trouble shooting a dog-related wrinkle. Every friend who visited us this week wants to rent it next year. Perfect!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage, whose quiet location is ideal for us. By the time we left, I think the entire community knew our dog, Gino, better than they knew us! We hope to return next year. We couldn't have wished for a better host than Nicole - she is terrific.
