We stayed 10 days and it was a very comfortable stay. The metro is a 5-10 minute walk away and then it takes about 30 minutes to get to the times square. The neighbourhood is not that quiet but not very loud either. We were two young women and didn’t feel any discomfort walking in the area at night. It might feel uncomfortable for people but it was okay for us. As said before, we felt quite safe there and especially the AirBnb seemed to be in a safe and “family-friendly” street. The check-in went very smooth. We had some issues with warm water but after asking Juliana about it, the problem quickly solved itself. Our flight back home was at night and Juliana offered us to leave our luggage at the AirBnb until we needed to get to the airport, which was very generous. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would love to stay there again if we go back to new york!

Overall nice Airbnb. 사진보다 넓고 주방, 거실, 방으로 돼있는 집다운 집입니다. 욕실도 좋고 요리도 충분히 해먹을수 있고 너무 좋은 쇼파베드까지 집안은 정말 깨끗하고 완벽해요. 조금 춥다고 느껴질수있는데 보일러 온도랑 시간조절 할수있습니다. 호스트가 1층에 살고 숙소가 2층이라 안전하게 느껴졌고 호스트는 친절하고 부담스럽지 않았어요 ㅎㅎ 다만 위치가.. 일단 백인이 아예 없는 동네고 조금 무섭게 느껴질수있는 동네인것같아요. 주변에 마트가 있긴한데 저는 안갔습니다. 지하철은 걸어갈수있지만 저희 갔을땐 고장으로 근처 역은 운행을 안해서 거의 우버 타고 다녔어요. 우버타면 센트럴파크까지 30분정도 30달러정도면 갈수있어서 나쁘지 않았습니다. 우버값 포함해도 맨하탄 숙소들보다 가성비 좋다고 생각해요! 만약 여자 혼자 여행이면 밤에는 우버타고 돌아오는걸 추천합니다.

Had a wonderful stay for a week at Julia and Alex's place. Julia was very helpful and provided us with a late check in, a lovely bottle of wine and snacks to celebrate our honeymoon. The apartment is in a great location, close to the subway and you can get to manhattan in 20-30 minutes. The apartment was spotlessly clean and is spacious, comfortable and homely. The bed was really comfortable and shower was great.

Gostaria de agradecer publicamente a Juliana. Conseguimos fazer o check in com antecedência, fomos muito bem recebidos e ela nos explicou todos os detalhes das redondezas. O Airbnb estava completamente limpo e com snacks para sermos recebidos. Tinha ferro de passar roupas, secador de cabelo, TV funcionava muito bem e boa conexão de internet. As redondezas não eram muito agradáveis, mas estávamos perto de duas linhas de metrô, não tivemos nenhum problema quanto a isso. Excelente custo benefício.

We stayed there for 6 nights, the house was very clean, the first thing we noticed. Juliana was always helpful when we ask something. She evet got my package my friend send to me. But as the season brings, the weather was a little bit chilly and so was the house. Juliana gave us an extra duvet/comforter but the house a little bit cold as our standard. And the central heating of the building wasn’t working. As it comes to neighborhood, it was 5 min. walk to D train and 10 min. to 4 train. It is convenient if you think about transportation but If you looking for a little more elite neighborhood this house wont fit. Overall, we enjoyed our time here. It is near the subway, was very clean, has everything you might need in your time here as tourist. (Juliana even leaved snacks for us which is very thoughtful)
