Great location just beyond A-Bay! Beds are wonderful! Living room area is small but having access to the grounds, fire pit, and dock were great. Spectacular sunsets over a quiet bay with ospreys, terns, geese, and gulls as your companions!
Excellent location on the water, easy to find, warm and cozy guest house accommodations. Great for kids, lots of nearby state parks. Extremely kind and thoughtful host. Would definitely book again and recommend to others!
A clean house and great coordination and support from the Hosts
Linda's place was a nice and clean apartment. the Kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom was fine. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. The pull out futon in the living area is very uncomfortable to sleep on and I would consider bringing an air mattress.
Very clean and cute two-bedroom, right on the water, beautiful sunsets, and great hospitality. Linda was a helpful and gracious host.

My husband John and I own this beautiful property on the St. Lawrence River. We have owned this house for 2 years now. We owned the house next door for 20 years. We completed gutted and remodeled that house and then moved onto this house. We live in Manlius NY which is a suburb outside of Syracuse. I work for Syracuse University and my husband is a self-employed contractor. We have 2 adult children that are each married with one child each. Our children loved growing up on the river. We look forward to sharing the river with our family, friends, and all the renters that come to stay here.
