We had such a wonderful time!!! Erics place is beautiful!! Tons of room for outdoor activities!! We will definitely book again!!
Eric was an awesome host, and I hope if we're in the area again that Eric will have us back. The house was exactly how Eric described it; it was more then enough space for our group and it the beds were so comfortable (we all had great night sleeps). The area around the property is beautiful as if you're in your own little oasis. 100% recommend.
Our stay with group of friends was amazing...the house is spacious and had everything we needed. Would stay at this place again...Winter was beautiful..can imagine in the warmer months...Thanks for hosting us!
This was our second New Year's gathering at the Hive in Waterford. We love the variety of gathering spaces, the huge table that fits our whole group, and the expansive surrounding grounds.

I am incredibly proud to provide The Hive's Remarkable Maine properties to our group of guests & wedding couples, as this is my full time job managing all 6 properties along with our robust wedding business. We have hosted some 750 groups of guests & 130 weddings over the last 10+ years & our expansion continues recently opening our newest member of "The Hive" Homes & Weddings (Blue Spruce Lodge, Brownfield, ME) in July 2022. With 5 Bedrooms & 2,300 sq ft of living space, we look forward to hosting a new generation of wedding couples at this incredible 17 acre properties overlooking 40 White Mnt Peaks. Our two latest additions, Acadia Cabin in Brownfield & South Pond Farm & Wedding Barn in Buckfield, ME are coming soon in 2023.
