Was a good stay although neda expected us to clean the place completely for the next people to move in which I thought was quite unprofessional she was very accommodating and let us stay an extra night but was very rude on our day of check out. Location is okay but very noisy and a rough area. Everything was good other than this.

Location is central, making it easy to get around by foot and transit. Building is very secure. Strong internet connection made WFH simple. Would stay here again!

Neda's place was great! I stayed here for 8 months while finishing my degree. The space was well furnished and very comfortable. The location looked sketchy, but was actually not an issue - the building was very secure too. Neda was a very friendly and accommodating host. I would definitely stay here again!

Neda is so kind and attentive! I loved the apartment and all of the appliances were well-maintained. The space is beautifully decorated and the apartment is nice. The location can get a bit loud and rambunctious so be cognizant of that. Gastown is a beautiful place to stay but it is adjacent to the Downtown Eastside (one of Vancouver's more contentious neighbourhoods. The positive side of the location is that it is so central and within walking distance of almost anything you'd want to do in Vancouver. Ultimately I loved the place and would recommend a stay!

Great space with a beautiful view of a tree. Comfortable living area in gas town with great accommodations.
