The place doesn't have AC. When we were there, they had just done painting. The place was dirty and unlivable due to fresh paint burning our eyes. Beware that they didn't post photos of the bathrooms. When I asked them prior to booking, they sent some photos saying that they would clean the toilets. But toilets are worn out due to hard water. Consider visiting this place only in winter, as they don't have AC and not enough fans in common areas. They also have a dog and a rooster as pets on the property which they don't disclose. We felt we paid way too much for the kind of amenities and hygiene we received. The host Navnath has never been to the property, they are just a third party company dealing with the listing, so their information were quite different than how the actual property was. The room doors are jammed, we got locked in a few times. Plus no WiFi. They just provided with a hotspot when we complained about no internet and no phone network at the property. The caretakers are good people. When we complained about the above things, in retaliation they broke a few stuff themselves and asked for charges upon our departure. Make sure to take enough photos and videos as evidences.
