We were looking forward to our trip to Paris until a couple of days before we were told there had been a ‘technical issue’ with the apartment we had booked and we were being moved across the other side of Paris. This left us feeling very uneasy and frustrated as we had dinners and things booked for the original area. I was told we had a ‘digital key’ but upon arrival, we couldn’t gain access to the building or the apartment. After a long day of travelling, I spent over an hour trying to get hold of someone at Sweet Inns. I tried via telephone, two social media apps and the Sweet Inns app. I finally a managed to get hold of someone at Air B n B and someone from Sweet Inn finally got back to me. The lovely lady Charlotte managed to get me inside via the phone where I had to leave our luggage and go and find my family who had left earlier to get food. We then had to wait for Charlotte to come and meet us with a key to get in. Shambles!
