This house has a very beautiful common area on the ground floor. Great for larger groups or families - big dining table, open floor plan. The back deck overlooks tranquil and stunning sights of the hills and fields of upstate New York. Very large grass-filled backyard. If you have business in Ithaca/Cornell, this is a good place to stay for dead-quiet sleep at night.

My family of 8 had a perfect stay at Christy's home. The home was super clean, wonderfully decorated and so well organized. It truly felt like a home with an inviting deck, and flat back yard. She organized some yard games for us as well as set us up nicely with kindling for the fire pit which was perfect under the stars. Farm fresh eggs from their hens enjoyed in the bright kitchen or on the deck was great each morning and the 4 bedrooms were spacious - my kids and grandparents were all comfortable. The home is nicely situated to all needs to downtown Dryden and was a perfect spot for us to enjoy the Cornell graduation ceremonies all weekend. Christy was super helpful with any questions and her mom's flowers were gorgeous. We've stayed at many AirBnBs in the US/Europe and this is definitely a super host quality service - Overall, an A+. Book it and book it early!

Great getaway! Booked this property for a family celebration. This location is beautiful, both the house and the property. Loved the mountain views from the spacious deck and the interior of their beautiful home. I didn't realize at the time of booking that there was only 1 TV but this turned out to be one if the best things because we sat by the fire listening to music and talking. There was more than enough space for our group. The bedrooms are spacious and all the rooms were clean and nicely decorated and comfortable. My girls enjoyed the outdoor space, especially the soccer net and we loved the view from the deck. We were able to disconnect and feel comfortable and this was huge because it was our first Air BnB and in general this group can be hard to please but all said this was a great first experience and we owe that to our hostess, Christy who in addition to the lovely home, left a detailed instruction guide and helpful info i.e. food. She also left us some delicious local coffee and fresh eggs. She was responsive and answered all inquiries in a timely fashion. I would.recommend booking this property.
