We are frequent visitors in Pacific Beach and have stayed at many homes. This was our first stay at 25 1st street. Unbeatable location, walk across the street for beach access. Immaculate home and very comfortable. The owners have made this home very guest-centric. Comfortable seating, stocked kitchen, thoughtful touches. Snack basket, coffee, tea cocoa and brita water pitcher in the large fridge. Gas stove for cooking. Most beach homes we have stayed at have electric. If you cook, you know ☺️. Outside large deck for enjoying sunsets. We also made use of the fire pit and watched the stars and planets in the night sky.

Went to Pacific Beach to celebrate a friend's birthday. Airbnb far surpassed my expectations. from check-in to check out. everything was fantastic. The property is very well equipped with chairs and a fire pit as well as anything you would need to go and have fun at the beach, which is a couple minute walk from the front door. The value per person was absolutely incredible!

This was one of the best airbnb places we have ever stayed at. Unbelievable view of the ocean from all parts of the house, a great deck to see the sunset over the water. The house is exceptionally well stocked and maintained. Extra sharp kitchen knives, quality cookware and appliances. The hosts were so thoughtful in their preparation and stocking of the house. Coffee filters, sugar, kleenex, full array of pet gear, tons of towels. Every place we looked there was something thoughtful and well organized and well cared for. Hosts were super responsive and kind. And as you look at the other properties in the area, this one felt like the best location by far for view and privacy.
