Absolutely fantastic and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Located in such a good area with a 5-10 minute walk to major metro lines, it is a great place to stay. The space was well-furnished, everything was in working order, the Wifi was excellent, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Every day coming back from a long day exploring Paris felt like walking back into my own space. It has both a bedroom and a sofa bed--both were quite comfortable. There is plenty of storage space in both the bedroom and the bathroom and one can easily cook food here with the fridge and proximity to a Carrefour grocery store. M. Philippe, the host, is incredibly responsive and made the check-in, stay, and check-out easy and efficient. He was always available when needed! Note that there isn't an elevator and one has to walk up two floors which can be hard for certain people and the key is a little difficult to turn, but other than that, there were no problems with this place.

Philippe is heel vriendelijk, reageert snel, hij vraagt wel of je iets nodig heeft. de appartement is op een loopafstand van metrostation, in de omgeving kan je je auto parkeren.

I very much enjoyed my stay and appreciated Philippe and Natalia’s kind and warm welcoming of us. Philippe responded quickly when we had questions about the apartment we rented. The location was wonderful. It was very convenient for grocery shopping and there were so many boulangeries, fruit and vegetable shops, cheese shops within walking distance. The metro line was also a short walk away and made it easy to get to many of Paris’ famous sites. Overall, I’d want to rent this apartment the next time I return to Paris.

Bonjour, Nous avons passer 5 nuits chez Philippe, pour visiter Paris, c'était parfait avec 2 enfants. L'appartement est propre et il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le lit et le canapé sont très confortables. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut au coin de la rue pour faire quelques courses. Le quartier est calme, à 5 min à pied du Sacré-Coeur, 10 min d'une station de métro. Philippe est très réactif pour la moindre question et Natalia nous a très bien acceuillit, bref, tout très bien. A refaire :)

L’alloggio è una bomboniera, perfettamente rispondente alle foto e alla descrizione. Ristrutturato e accogliente. Comodo a metro e supermercati. Un consiglio per i futuri ospiti: portate valigie piccole (trolley)perché le scale per arrivare all’alloggio sono a chiocciola e salire col valigione è una fatica. Nel frigo non c’è il freezer (non è un problema ma X noi che avevamo un farmaco da tenere coi ghiacciolini è stato un po’ un problema). Alloggio pulito, Plus la lavastoviglie
