Place was spotless. Can’t beat the location. I will say the kitchen is minimally stocked so if you plan on doing some meal prep better keep it simple

No bells and whistles, but it was clean and exactly as described. We chose this property due to its location — which was perfect! Very walkable! You also have access to the managing hotel’s amenities, which was an unexpected bonus.

Good - Very quaint efficiency. Very clean and up to date. Loved the location as it is right downtown. All the neighbors were very friendly and very talkative. Can walk to many restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend renting a golf cart so you can venture to the beaches and gulf viewing locations. Would highly recommend this place or location.

We stayed on the second floor and the room accommodations matched the price. Inexpensive for the area and close to everything including restaurants, beach, and shopping.
