We really enjoyed our stay; easy check in, great location for our family, VERY clean, good communication. The ONLY reason I docked one star is because the listening said queen beds but they were actually full beds & very hard.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well cared for. Great natural setting near the beach. A bit outside of town but that was fine for us.

This is our 2nd stay at Coastal Breeze. The home is very clean, spacious and pleasant with all the items needed for comfort and convenience. It easily accommodated a group of 7 and everyone had a seat on a couch. The natural light is great and the view of the marsh is lovely. This is definitely where I’ll choose if I have another trip to Crystal River.

We have stayed here each year in the last three years, and dies feel like coming home. There is so much space and the kitchen is our favorite place to hang out.

This house was as described in Adrian's listing. Clean, easy check in instructions as well as what to do prior to check out. Adrian was very responsive during the stay and even prior to the stay. We were racing in Inverness the week we stayed so it was a little far from where we spent a lot of our time, but it was still well worth it. Beautiful, peaceful area. The kids enjoyed the area as well.
