This is a perfect retreat for a group of 6 or less (we were 4). The condo is really well designed and built, with privacy and quiet in each of the bedrooms. We all noticed that when we were in our rooms we could not hear anyone else in the house. The layout had two wonderful seating areas for eating and socializing that maximize the ocean view. Parking was plentiful and convenient, and the area was peaceful and quiet. Note that the location is on a very rugged stretch of coast, so the beach isn't necessarily one where you could take a long walk on a sandy shore. It is somewhat secluded with easy access to the little town of Moss Landing with several good, casual restaurants, and a short drive to Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Our host responded to our inquiries very quickly, check-in and check-out was seamless.

The house has very quick access (1 minute tops) to a nice beach. a hose outside to rinse off, tv, wifi can be iffy but if you don't care about that then it's a great spot! Nice kitchen as well Induction cook top, new fridge, Also gave us salt and pepper, hand sanitizer and masks as a welcome gift. check in is easy and Biff answers messages multiple times a day. Final note: The Master bedroom is worth it.

We had a pretty disappointing experience at this place. While the location was excellent, a few important things were missing which made us feel that this place is definitely not worth the price. The wifi did not work throughout our stay and we were disappointed that there was no resolution from Biff especially when a few of us needed to work. When the listing states that there is a dedicated workspace, you expect connectivity. The entertainment system was pretty out of date and there were only one set of batteries for several remotes. Also, one of the bathrooms had a leaking toilet and a shower that didn't work forcing 7 adults to share two bathrooms. For a pretty steep cleaning fee, we were surprised at how much cleaning up was expected of us. We did enjoy the board games, the proximity to the beach, and the decor but the lack of response from Biff or any resolution to our issues, certainly soured our stay. Definitely not worth the price!
