Great place! Love the view and the access to Monterey.

Host did not respond to email about pool being heated before arriving. Condo is in need of much maintenance, new carpet and to be repainted. One bedroom door did not lock, one bedroom window would not close. 23 year daughter saw a rat coming out of her bathroom. Handle on closet door fell off. Light switch in master bedroom bathroom facing the ocean. sparked when my husband turned on fan/light switch and continued to spark until he turned it off. Outdoor furniture not as pictured, cushions covered in mold, could not sit on them. I have photos and can list other concerns. Have emailed Biff and called left messages for Monteray Dunes and have not heard back from anyone.

The pictures posted do not capture the immersive experience when you walk into the home and view the dunes and ocean. The home was cozy and comfy for 5 children and 4 adults. The amenities and accommodations fit perfectly. We hope to visit again in the future.

Overall a really beautiful place to stay. The set up is perfect for a multiple family vacation. There is plenty to do and the amenities were great. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Biff’s property. The layout was one of our favorites at Monterey Dunes Colony. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, even a pair of kitchen shears that my chef, brother-in-law was jealous of.
