I had an amazing 2nd stay at Mulberry Cottage, with an absolutely delicious breakfast to boot. The Mulberry Cottage day tour of Cape Town, was also completely superb! Thank you for everything and it's so nice, to wake up in the morning & have, one of the 7 UNESCO New World Wonders (Table Mountain) close by. Amaai :):)!

I had a wonderful stay at the Mulberry Cottage. I felt safe and right at home. Before coming to South Africa, I was a bit nervous/apprehensive, but those fears quickly went away after staying here. During my stay, Christopher was the main host who looked after my stay. He was very responsive to my questions. Felt well taken care of here (especially when I started to take antimalarials and was having bad side effects), Christopher checked in to see if I was okay/feeling better. This personal touch definitely made things a lot better! The breakfast was also welcomed, tasty, and flexible (which I appreciated). Thanks for a wonderful stay. Hope to be back here again when I’m in town!

I had a wonderful stay at Christopher & Carol’s! Even before I arrived, they send me lots of tips and tricks. As I arrived late at night at the airport, they were very kind to offer an airport shuttle service to pick me up. The complementary breakfast was lovely and prepared with lots of love :) it felt like a home away from home. The accommodation is as described and just a short Uber ride away from the city centre. I got lots of “local” information about places to see and visit, where to eat etc. Christopher and Carol also offer day tours around Cape Town and the Peninsula, and mine was absolutely superb. We timed it in a way that we got to see all the amazing places (penguins at Boulders Bay, Cape Point National Park with cape of good hope…) before the (mass) tourist buses arrived, so we had the places for ourselves. I also got to see some “hidden gems” along the road that you wouldn’t get to see when taking one of the standard tours offered by travel agencies in town. 5 stars!
