Tour the area to sight see icebergs, whales, and other wildlife, and explore Viking settlements. Enjoy your coffee on our covered veranda overlooking Burnt Cape Ecological Reserve. Make yourself at home with all the required necessities in this 1 bedroom kitchenette unit (No charge for children 4 and under, you can choose no children when booking).

We had a great three night stay in Raleigh. A little off the beaten track, but we weren’t too far from the sights of L’Anse aux Meadows and St. Anthony. Our suite was pristine, and exactly as described. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend!

This place was very comfortable and homey. It had an amazing view and Kim was very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Very nice room and comfortable. Also included a fire pit that we took advantage of. The cottage is in a good location that is not too far from the major sites and restaurants.

We had a great stay at Raleigh Rooms. We had a kitchen suite and it had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The weather didn’t really cooperate for us to enjoy the fire pit by the ocean, but it’s a lovely spot. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Raleigh is a quiet community nestled along the picturesque Pistolet Bay. Check out the Raleigh Historical Fishing Village located in walking distance around the harbour. (Note: As featured on the 2020 Newfoundland and Labrador Travelers Guide)
Across the harbor from Raleigh Rooms you can explore the Burnt Cape Ecological Reserve known for the limestone barrens, rare arctic plants, frost polygons, cannon holes and sea potholes. Take a hike on the Nuddick Trail located a short drive on Ship Cove Road.
L'Anse aux Meadows National Historic Site is approximately a 30 minute drive with quaint communities along the Viking Trail, with the opportunity to view icebergs and whales that hug the northern shorelines.
