Wonderful stay!
Fantastic stay! Central location and very well looked after! Thank you I’d like to stay again!
We stayed one night in Oakham during a visit to family and friends. Oakham is lovely, but very quiet at night (Tuesday) and finding what we fancied to eat was a challenge, but we were being fussy!! Wednesday the town has a small market. In terms of the accommodation the images and description are spot on. It was a very nice place to stay.
Clean and comfortable. Compact and functional. Small window, no outlook so quite humid during a warm night, luckily fan provided. Certainly recommend for short stay as well located in centre of town. Great comms from owner. Thank you
Lovely place to stay for a central location, right in the heart of Oakham and a short drive to Rutland Water. I was going to bring x2 dogs but managed to get them looked after. I think this was a wise decision, as whilst the accommodation was lovely. I don't feel like there would have been much room for dogs (maybe a small one?). Bed was lovely and comfy, shower was great. I found the room really quite warm, but would stay again. Fantastic location!

We are a family owned Optometrist in the heart of Oakham. Having recently moved to Church street we inherited 3 double en-suite bedrooms above our business and have made some extensive improvements to the property. Secure keypad entry to the private access of the bedrooms is located at the side of the property between our beautiful thatch and QD store. The bedrooms are decorated to a simple but high standard and are perfect for short stays. Housekeeping service is not available, however with stays of 7 nights or more a full clean and change of linen and towels will be done. Keys are available from our Langrick and Coe reception team during office hours and arrangements will be made if you are arriving later.
