The place was cozy and private. Communication with the management partners was above excellent. Access to public transportation was key for me as major bus lines are one block over. Restaurants, drug stores, groceries, etc are one block over on the main street. The only qualm would be that you have to step down into the bathroom as it's on a lower level than the bedroom so be careful if you are above average height. Overall I would definitely stay here again. I regret not extending my time there. Thanks for the lovely stay.

Great spot to stay, especially if you’re staying for an extended period of time. Gi’Angelo has made sure to include all the day to day things one may need. Having an on-site washer & dryer was an added bonus! Quiet neighborhood which was great for me being that I work nights.

A great place to stay, the team is extremely responsive and friendly. FYI, this location is not in the heart of the city, it's located in a very local/residential area. And do watch out for insects/spiders from time to time since it's located in garden. I would definitely go back and stay there if the need be.

Gi’Angelo and everyone in the team were more than generous by allowing a one year stay at their cottage! This was extremely helpful, especially during covid. The family at the main house wad always extremely respectful of my space. Only good things to say about them and other guests who stayed at the main house. Your space will be at the back patio of the main house with everything necessary to live there for a whole year or less if you desire. In terms of communication, the responses were always within a day. Parking is on street but never had a problem finding a space, only a couple of times I had to park more than a block away. Noise level: pretty low especially living in the back area. Surrounding areas: do not expect a tourist area, this is super local, so don’t expect a royal treatment. You are just one more person in the neighborhood. Be respectful of them and they will be of you as well. Everyone is minding their own business but at the same time willing to help and converse. McClaren Park is about a 10 min walk or less by car with gorgeous views of the city! Transit: only a short block away and will take you directly to the Mission and downtown. You will not regret your stay over here!
