Stayed for 3 days here. Homey and comfy. And would definitely recommend the unit. What you see is what you get. Place is a corner unit which is a plus and with great view. Sir Paolo was so responsive and kind. They also have a free parking as well.

It was a very comfortable and convenient location. The host Paolo accurately described the amenities, directions and and location of the unit. The unit was definitely modern, very tastefully styled, clean and cozy. I enjoyed my stay very much as it was easy to walk over to a cafe for coffee or food in restaurants in the vicinity. The large windows gave the space natural lighting, there was enough storage for clothing, the bed was comfortable and a good size and it truly felt like a home away from home. Thank you Paolo and Yvette for hosting me. Will definitely book your unit again in the future.

We stayed at Paolo's place for a month while working in Manila. It has a great location with loads of coffee shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants just downstairs. The place is great for two and could easily accommodate another two in the spare room downstairs. Security are polite and friendly in the building every time, every day and Paolo was very responsive as a host, and even came himself to clean the place with his helper. If you stay here: breakfast at Toby's Estate Coffee Roasters, Snack/Lunch at Go! Salads, and have a cocktail with a view at the VU bar at the top of the Marco Polo (all a stone's throw away from the property). If you need shopping in your life, Robinson's Mall is a 3 minute walk away and the more upmarket Podium (with another plethora of excellent restaurants) is a 10 minute walk away. And if you're feeling really really lazy you can simply grab a coffee and doughnut from Tim Hortons or cake from Mr Park's bakery - both literally right outside the lift lobby
