This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to the Okanogan Highlands. We are so glad we chose Old Stump Ranch. The cabin had everything we needed and was comfortable and cozy. A place to relax in solitude or a great landing pad for recreational activities in the area.

Michelle and Doug we felt ..were instant friends! This cabin was one of or best decisions! Traveling Nurse and my 26 yr old son… best choice we made. This cabin. It felt like vacation. It felt like a whole Lotta wonderful on my days off lots to do and see, a lot of coziness staying in the cabin.. michelle sharing her delicious homemade salad Everything you may think of. It’s here.. kitchen love.. bathroom awesome good size.. so cool Super cute and different each one …the beds we’re so comfortable .. Woodfire stove heats the house, so nice it really makes you feel like you’re somewhere way far away ! The bedrooms with dressers, are so sweet the beds are so comfortable .the front and the back deck absolutely the best have a bonfire in the back and be grilling some steaks on the grill sitting in the swinging chair. It’s just beautiful I could go on .. but honestly half of the fun was the surprise of finding it all out for yourself. Hope I didn’t ruin it for you.!!! The best!! Thx u D&M

This is the second time we have stayed at Michelle's cabin and this time we stayed for a wonderful, cozy month. It is a special place that stands out as one of the best Airbnbs I've ever booked. First off, it's even more charming than the photos convey. There was plenty of space for 2 adults, 2 kids, and 3 pets. The surroundings are beautiful no matter what kind of weather you get, and there's so much forest to explore if you jump in a car. We enjoyed walking the road each day and down to the creek. The amenities for kids are unbeatable. Toys, puzzles, games, sleds. Plenty of hooks to hang winter clothes for everyone. Michelle is a one-of-a-kind host that clearly loves what she does. Don't miss this one!

My group decided that it was a little to remote for their liking so we ended up cancelling our stay. Michelle was wonderful and I felt really badly when I had to cancel and especially so when she mentioned that she had made cinnamon rolls! My husband and my's favorite! My husband and I plan to reschedule at a later date because Michelle was such a wonderful host and her place is the kind of retreat he and I love. I was sad our group did not feel the same way.
