非常愉快的入住体验，皮特很辛苦的到机场接我们，皮特的厨房有非常完善的设施借给我使用，还提供美妙的家乡音乐给我们，更有魅力的露天淋浴和环境优美的花园，我们一家人在这里度过了美妙的时光，皮特非常热心帮助我们，并送我们离开前往下一个目的地，很高兴认识皮特，非常推荐大家入住这里😊

Me and my partner spent 3 nights at Peter's place. I think that Peter has officialy made our experience. He is very happy to chat and he opens his house as if it's yours. When he could, he gave us lifts to town and we had the chance to share some beautiful moments with his local friends. We do like walking so we didn't suffer the distance from the center of Port Villa but be aware that you may be flexible woth timing and transports. I did like the fact that living at his place gives you the chance to be immediately immersed in Vanuatu's life with its wildness and island lifestyle, something that you might miss going to a resort.

Peter’s property is a breezy, comfortable oasis overlooking Port Vila. I was travelling for fieldwork about a stressful topic. Coming home each night to open veranda, optional outdoor shower, and comfortable room allowed me to recharge for hard conversations the next day. The host, Peter, himself is fun, interesting, and accommodating. He provided binoculars so I could watch every sailboat and cruise ship arrive, but from a comfortable and private distance. He took me out to karaoke and dinner, introduced me to his friends, and invited me to join his croquet club. He introduced me to art from his world travels, and he welcomed my friends for dinner and even cooked for them. I was a woman travelling alone and felt safe every moment I was here. The house is located in Malapoa Estate, so having a car will be useful for those who are time poor. It’s uphill enough to be safe from storm surge in cyclones, but you can still walk to the solwota in five minutes. Walk to town in 40 min.

Peters place was beautiful and he was such a friendly hospitable host, Peter really made our trip, teaching us how to play croquet, inviting us to join him for a social drink and invited us to some of his lovely friends. This made our trip and I would definitely book again 😊
