While our original booking had an unexpected leak that impacted check-in and stay, Mary was immediately responsive and relocated us to an upgraded property just minutes away. The seamless transition was much appreciated by me and my three other guests. Mary's understanding and dedication to a positive experience was authentic - and we'll be sure to contact her first for our next trip to the Hudson Valley!

Well appointed Beautiful surroundings - lovely stream right behind the house Very tidy The only thing I can fault is a smell of dog in the main living area. I hesitate to write this on the review but it was quite strong w I did have to open the windows which helped to alleviate the odor but not completely Other than that it is a perfect little spot in a beautiful setting

Beautiful home and stunning area. A gurgling brook behind the house and grouse (I think) in the surrounding fields and bushes. The fireplace was a real treat. And for a NYer with a kitchen counter the size of a domino board, cooking in the large kitchen was so nice. Thank you for a lovely stay!
