This was truly a very unique, on the beach glamping experience - comfortable but very rustic and as long as you have that expectation you will love it! Agree with all the previous reviews - the resort staff, the neighborhood, walking on the beach or main road to other resort restaurants and Tulum ruins is all fantastic. It was a bit of a challenge to find at first due to some of the construction that blocks the sign into the south entrance to the park currently, and our American gps not working the best. Johann was super helpful. We loved this location for sticking close to "home" and also venturing into town.
This was one of the most incredible places I’ve stayed in my life. Direct view of the ocean (easily the best room on sight), clean beach just downstairs (perfect for swimming in the ocean), poolside restaurant service down in the common areas, etc. The room definitely has a cabin feel where you feel very connected to the outdoors (which I loved), but you also get the nice large, private, clean bathroom space if you want to get ready for something nicer so it’s not too rugged. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. I would 100% stay at this location again!
Beautiful and private jungle beach getaway! Views like no other. No AC as described but the wind off the ocean was perfect. Johann was always fast to reply and the team at the hotel was so friendly and kind. Would definitely stay again!!
This place is a gem. We absolutely enjoyed every minute especially the convenience of easy access to the beach. It is beautiful and as described, clean and most of all, the staff won my heart. Paula, Aida and Andres were all so kind and just simply amazing humans. I will miss all three of them and I cannot wait to visit again! Don’t hesitate to book this place, you will not regret it.
Beautiful stay. It's not straight forward to find, but the description given was accurate and more than enough. Overall would do it again and would recommend.
