Well we would all like to pay less. It’s hard to get used to what is posted and then all the fees added in this place was worth me staying and would stay again. The furniture was comfortable. There were extra blankets and sheets for pull out. There were beach towel and beach chairs available. Mandy is a great host thank you for having us!

My family just stayed for one night. It was as described. A pleasant spot to stay, essentially a city block and a half from the beautiful beach. Beach cart with chairs and umbrella were very nice to use. Directly centered between the two busiest parts of the beach, the pier and Ron Jon’s surf shop, which we liked about it. Also close enough to walk to either. Would book again.
Great location! Very friendly and personable to work with. The pool area was comfortable with lots of selection where to lay out! Would definitely stay again!

I not only provide amazing accommodation and attention to detail but unsurpassed customer service. I want all my guests to come back year after year. My goal was to take AirB and Vacation Rentals to the next level. No more sleeping in Gramma's extra bedroom. All my units are tastefully decorated in a Fun Beach Theme, Stocked with anything you would need and then some. High End Beds, Sheets, Pillows, Robes and Towels were on the top of my list. You gotta Sleep good, Right!? This isn't a job for me but a lifestyle!! A little about me- My name is Mandy I'm a single mommy to an 11 year old boy. I moved to Cocoa Beach in 2018 from WI to start a new life. I owned and operated a large company where my customers came 1st. Along with this I flipped houses and developed a passion for design and all things real-estate. I chose to make Cocoa Beach my home! With a deep desire to help others and make people smile it seemed fitting to have some vacation rentals. My very 1st month I received over 30 amazing reviews from all my guests and was encouraged to get more.
