The place was a great little studio set up and matched exactly what we needed for our short stay. The king sized bed was a little cramped for the space it was in, so it would not likely be a very accessible location for folks using wheel chairs or needing other mobility accommodations.

We went during the off season so there wasn't much to do but the place was quiet, quaint and clean and it was actually just what we expected at the beginning of May. I did think the restaurant across the street was very much overpriced which swayed me from eating from there, but it did smell delicious.
