The house is beautiful. The pool and the treehouse were as pictured and really charming and beautiful. The house is completely updated and decor is beautiful. There was plenty of room for all of us (11 people; two families). The floors were beautiful and everything very very nice. The kids had a lot of fun and we were very comfortable. A few snags that were resolved: The AC for the back of the house was not working when we arrived but the host was quick to reply and offer solutions. The float switch had to be moved and then the AC unit came right back on so that was addressed right away the first night. We changed the AC filters for her because they looked kind of ready to be changed. There was a rat in the grill and it was a little dirty when we found it but nothing an hour of pre- firing wouldn’t fix. The manual and the email have a few discrepancies so you have to be sure you do everything at checkout by comparing the two - not a problem but just FYI to others. We had a nice stay.

Our stay at Haley’s place was perfect. Came as a large extended family with baby, toddler and 8 yr old. The place had everything we needed for the baby. The yard is absolutely perfect for kids - pool is great, treehouse, swing set etc. Yard/pool maintenance people come by for upkeep. Haley was incredibly responsive and worked quickly to sort out an issue (minor) with the thermostat. Nearby beaches on Anna Maria Island are gorgeous. Would book this place again in a second.

Haley and her husband were kind and quickly responded to any questions or needs that we had. I suspect the traffic to get to the beach is only an issue during spring break- while we were there. The outdoor space was magical.
