We had a great stay here. Five weeks, two people working remotely every weekday, and not a single internet issue. The home was comfortable and we were able to get around Philadelphia easily from here. Parking was almost always easy. We had a wonderful time.

I had such a great stay! The house was perfect and had everything I could have needed. The neighborhood was great. I work nights and was able to sleep during the day without a lot of noise. Parking was never really an issue, I never had to park more than a block or two away which I’d say is great. David was a great host! He checked in with me throughout my stay and was always quick to respond. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Location was great. We could walk everywhere. House was clean. Kitchen was in need of some supplies. Would have loved some better utensils and things to use in oven but we do love to cook at home. Don’t go out all the time. Also the table in kitchen was good for 2. All in all we would come back. And. Never had problem parking. Mostly on street with a couple of days around the block.

We loved our stay at David's place! The house is really comfortable and spacious and has everything you could need for a great stay. It all looks as it is shown in the pictures. We were there for almost six weeks and enjoyed using the well-planned kitchen. The king size bed is a real bonus - super comfortable. We both worked from home for some of the time during our trip and the Internet was fast and reliable. The neighbourhood is friendly and very quiet at night. It's a fifteen-minute walk to East Passyunk, with loads of great restaurants and bars. Also on 18th is the American Sardine Bar which has great food and is a lovely place to sit out in warm weather. David was always very responsive as a host - communication very easy. We were sorry to leave and are looking forward to our next trip. Highly recommended.
