Brian’s place was a really nice condo with lots of room. Communication with this host was amazing as well I would definitely return again!

Brian's place is a great long-term stay. The location is within walking distance to the SeaTac link station, so it's very easy access to the airport (10 min walk to station + 5 mins on airport walkways) and downtown (40-50 min train ride). There's a bus station right in front of the apartment complex with direct access to the Westfield Southcenter. The apartment is good! -- no frills but has the basics (dishes, utensils, bedding). Both bedrooms are well-sized with good-sized closets and a TV each. The washer & dryer are in the main bedroom. Note that the upstairs full bathroom is jack-and-jill style (two doors that lock), so a little coordination on keeping the doors locked/unlocked helps! We had spotty internet issues, but Brian was very responsive and offered to fix it. The apartment complex is well-lighted and feels safe. The apartment's little balcony is nice and the complex's gym room is a plus. Overall, a good option for a long-term stay for 2-4 people.

Brian’s place is amazing! My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Brain’s for more than 5 months. The place is very spacious and would have easily accommodated more guests. Wifi is excellent and an extender is provided for upstairs. We both work remotely and only had a couple instances of spotty wifi but only when we were both upstairs and far from the router. Rest assured, Brian’s place is stocked with all the essentials you’ll need to feel right at home day 1. Anything we needed, Brian was quick to respond and support us. Items to note - as of Oct. ‘22 the fitness center was still not functional. I never saw any progress made on getting the upgrade complete. There’s a community basketball court. Neighborhood is safe enough to walk around during the day. We never saw any nefarious activity, but we did keep a lock on our steering wheel and saw several other vehicles in the area doing the same. Definitely easy walking distance to the airport - which we took advantage of a couple times. We would absolutely stay here again if are ever back in the SeaTac area!

Brian is a great host, very approachable and easy to communicate with. He was quick to arrange a couple of repairs for things that were not working quite properly. The house itself was neat and had all the stuff we needed, including full kitchen with all the appliances and cookware. Proximity to the airport was something that we originally had concerns about, but planes were barely audible (sounded like distant thunder) and didn’t really disturb our sleep (and I am a light sleeper!). The only thing to call out is that cleaning was not very thorough and there was a very intense smell of dog when we moved in. But, there is a Roomba vacuum in the house, so we ran it like for 10 cycles and the smell went away :)

Host was very responsive and the location is close to the airport. Pool / hot tub was closed unfortunately when we stayed, but it sounds like that is temporary
