Staying at Vivian’s place was such a wonderful experience. It was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos! The garden was incredible and the place was walkable to the beach, restaurants and coffee. We felt right at home.

We loved staying at Vivian's place. Vivian was friendly and helpful in every way. Her husband, John, was also great. They had lots of recommendations of places to go. The setting of their air b&b is gorgeous. They have amazing gardens planted by Vivian, including their own backyard lemon, lime and orange trees that Vivian encouraged us to pick from. We did, and we enjoyed using the fruit in the meals we made in her well-stocked kitchen. We would love to return to the San Diego area and stay with Vivian and John again. They and their air b&b are exceptional!

Vivian was a wonderful and generous host. She really cares about her guests and property. The place is exactly as described and a beautiful sanctuary garden. Perfect location in Encinitas. we will be back!

Staying at Vivian's was exactly what I needed! Her place is filled with natural beauty, walkable to the ocean, amazing restaurants, and local attractions! Her space was so cute and cozy and she went above and beyond to provide breakfast food and snacks! I loved picking lemons from her lemon tree in the morning as well :) highly recommend!

Vivian is a great host with a big heart! She greeted us in her garden and showed us all the amenities. The garden was really beautiful including all the decorations. The bed was a bit too soft for my back and there was a bit too much light coming in through the windows in the roof in the morning. All in all a great stay for the price we paid.
