As we read in some reviews , walls were “thin”, but barely could hear guests next door. The bed was extremely comfortable, clean & roomy space. Bathroom window was unlocked when we got there, not a problem, just noting. Loved the chickens out back, we are chicken people too. Very convenient to downtown & Folly Beach. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

Mayumi’s place was the perfect place to stay for a short overnight trip to MUSC. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. Our only complaint was the coffee maker was not working right the next morning which I let her know about after we left. I would definitely stay here again.

A quiet, simple spot to stay in a great location for going both downtown and to Folly. Just enough space and free of clutter. The bed was comfortable and I liked having the big mirror for getting ready to go out. The fan right above the bed is great but if you have temperature preferences be sure you let the host know before it gets too late, as they control the AC. As people who stay very busy while traveling, we just needed a place to sleep and shower and would totally stay here again!
