First of all we asked how to turn on the light on the deck at the entrance and they stalled us and we could not use the outside because it was dark that night. a day later we contacted different places and finally someone responded how to turn on the light. apart from that we had booked for 5 people but there were no bed linen and blankets for 5 people in home, so we had to share what we had. I put a sheets on me instead of a blanket and I couldn't sleep because of the cold, I woke up at 6am because of the cold and texted the host. after many calls, texts, mails and complaints the blanket arrived after 11pm. by the way I was cold and still sick. Apart from that, they asked me to give 5 stars in the most recent e-mails, if I have a complaint or comment, to write it privately. unfortunately it was a horrible experience for me, I wouldn't go there again even if it was free. i have proofs about texting, mails.
Would not return.
Highly recommended for a trip to Elk Mountain for skiing. 30 minute ride to mountain. Very private and extremely clean.
Really small place, but perfect for what we needed - a place to stay close to Elk Mountain.
great place for a weekend ski trip.
