The actual property was very nice and as described. It was very tight inside which was fine for two people, but I can't imagine staying with 4 people. The biggest downside was the A/C had not been unwrapped for the summer yet so I had to unwrap it, clean it, and plug it in. It wouldn't have been a big deal except it was covered in dead flies and the filter was filthy. Luckily we didn't spend much time inside the property. Equestrian, the property manager, was very difficult to get in touch with and continuously sent duplicate emails from different emails addresses. I had no idea if I was set for may stay until I showed up.
The place was perfect for 2 people for a weekend trip to elk mountain.
