Property is slightly far away from the happening old quarter and the location seems to be in a rundown neighbourhood. We had issues with the host not being able to provide amenities mentioned in the listing such as cooking essentials & we ran out of cooking gas. Light switches were old and non functional at times. Host only responded selectively leaving us clueless if he had the intent to fix issues. Some of the rules imposed were also restrictive such as - asking to park your scooter before 9pm and dependence on the building security guard for entry and exit, who seemed mean at times. Location seemingly next to river though seemed enticing - was not a big positive given the locality is in a rundown neighbourhood with no access to the river Overall had a okayish experience, you can opt for this if there are only limited options available.

Good place ,the host is very responsive and cogenial, but the guard was a bit rude and unresponsive ,otherwise the place is really amazing and worth the price

I had an amazing stay at Duong's! The highlight was definitely the mesmerizing views of the Red River. Watching the colors change during sunrise and sunset was truly magical. The apartment almost has a 270 degree view from the several windows it contains. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the city center, which made exploring the city a breeze. There's a supermarket right under the apartment building which makes it very easy to quickly hop in and get stuff for daily use. I must thank Duong for being incredibly responsive and considerate. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The building guard and maid were also incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The apartment itself was comfortable and peaceful. I had a great time here.

Очень удобная, просторная квартира с необходимой техникой и мебелью. На этой небольшой улице есть всё, что может понадобиться. Из окна открывается красивый вид на город и реку. WiFi Интернет быстрый и стабильный. Есть два стола. Квартира подходит для работы online.
