House and location is amazing not just amazing but perfect. Home feels very cozy and lot like home, well kept and privacy is a 100% Good for families, Nelly is an exceptional host. Planning to come back soon. P.s. This place is perfect for family pictures.
Nelly’s place was wonderful! It was super clean and smelled good. We felt safe and at home. Nelly was super communicative and provided us with detail directions on how to find the place which was extremely helpful since we arrived in the middle of the night. It was also in close proximity to many good food options. Highly recommended

I'm originally from puerto rico, i came to philadelphia as a child. I'm married and have 4 boys and 5 grandkids. My motto is that we should live life to the fullest and always with a smile. This apartment is convenient because it is located a few blocks away from the Frankford Transportation Center, where you can hop on a train and be in downtown Philadelphia (Penns Landing, Love Park, Independence Hall etc.) in a matter of 20 minutes. Also, the Philadelphia Mills (Mall) is a 20 minute drive from this apartment just hop on 95 you will be there in minutes. For a closer, smaller mall, Roosevelt Outside Mall is a 5 minute drive from this lovely apartment. For more entertainment, Club Lyrics is located about 5 minutes away in car. There are multiple bars around this area as well. If you are looking for somewhere to dine, there is Brazilian, Peruvian, Chinese and more restaurants nearby.
