It was our second time in Cornwall, and we couldn't wish for a better rental. The flat is spacious, with everything you can wish for, perfect location between the beach and the train station that takes you within minutes to St Ives. Lucy and her husband are the mostly friendly host we came across, so accommodating and helpful, with outstanding communication. We surely found gem and we would surely come again. We all loved it and came back refreshed and rested. :)

We loved the flat. Nice and spacious and the sea view from the main bedroom was a real treat. The flat was perfectly located for the train to and from St Ives, so it was easy to go in for dinner and then catch the train home. There are some really excellent places to eat there, especially if you like fish and sea food. The flat itself had everything we needed and was comfortable and cosy. Hope we can go back again.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views, and a peaceful feel. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Lucy sent clear instructions and it was easy to check in. We loved our week here, wished we could have stayed longer and will hopefully be back in the future!

Super nice location to explore at St Ives and also it’s very close to the beach and train station. The apartment was very clean and spacious and also had a very nice view of the beach.

Just back from a wonderful stay at Carbis Bay. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the view was stunning. Great to have on-site parking, a rare find in Carbis Bay. Lucy was a brilliant host advising us ahead of time of a road closure that may affect our journey. We have stayed at many places in and around St Ives and Carbis Bay, but we would definitely stay here again. Perfect location and perfect host.
