Chad's place is one of the best places we have been to. We took our daughter and partner there to celebrate her birthday. The place was so very large we were taken aback how spacious it was. The kitchen was modern and well equipped, the bed was sooo comfortable, double shower was fun, the bathroom was squeaky clean. The location was excellent for our celebrations. There is a bar which Chad explains downstairs. It's not that noisy, but you do hear muffled music it also has lovely food. They close at 10.30pm. Overall, a most enjoyable experience! Chad was always a phone call away when I had silly questions! we would love to stay there are again, next time we come over from Australia to visit the daughter.

Chads place was perfectly located right in the middle of downtown! Perfect for a group that wants to be centrally located and do lots of shopping or checking out local pubs. It was clean, and felt very safe and secure. We loved the views of downtown. The parking was also a close walk.
