If you are coming to Venice, you must stay here! It was wonderful in every way. Location was amazing, a 1 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and the vaporetto station and a 4 minute walk to St Marks Square. So central with great restaurants so close. Allegra's son, Alberto met me and showed me around the apartment. I had an issue with the shower and he was so quick to fix it. Very comfortable and had everything you need, kitchen was very well equiped and the bed very comfortable. Only small complaint would be the shower, it is not great pressure and goes hot and cold occasionally but it was such a small issue. The apartment is so central with a wonderful outlook from the lounge and bedroom over the canal which can get noisy but when you close the shutters and windows you can't hear anything. Magic place, highly recommend!

Place is great. Perfectly located. Comfortable. Great views from the windows. Incredible place. We had only one issue the nights that we were there that were too cold, with the heating that didn’t work. Alberto is really responsive and even though our issue was not solved he tried and was present at the apartment to check it. The apartment was very well equipped also having boots in case of water level is up The shower is really good as it has continuous hot water

La casa es perfecta, Alberto se comunicó con nosotros para ver cuándo nos venía bien entrar y vino personalmente a explicarnos todo. Es bastante grande y no se escuchan muchos ruidos. Tiene unas preciosas vistas al canal y las camas muy cómodas. Tenía preparado botas por si había aqua alta y mantas de más, aunque tiene a/a y bomba de calor. Hicimos una visita gratis a una fundición de vidrio que nos ofreció Alberto y era preciosa. Tenía paraguas para nosotros porque fuimos en días de lluvia y también nos comento donde comer. La verdad que nos hizo sentir seguros y como en casa. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas. Muchas gracias por todo
