We came for a long weekend with our dog and small child. The house had a nice open layout and a lovely back yard, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciated a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Communication with both Evolve and the local contact was easy, and the location is very convenient. We were very disappointed to find that while the listing included a BBQ grill (a selling point for us), the "grill" was a homemade fire place that was totally covered with crab pots and a large pan filled with dirty water and garbage. We were equally surprised to find that this was mentioned in a previous review from months earlier and had not been addressed. If the grill is only intended for seasonal use it would have been helpful to include that in the listing.

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Annapolis. It was the perfect getaway outside of the city to get some peace and quiet on the water, while still being close enough to take advantage of the city’s great restaurants and things to do. We will be back!

Had trouble finding the house #, then realized the mailbox was knocked on the ground. The far out door fire place area with patio lights is adorable, but the fireplace was stacked with crab pots, a large tin pan of trash from maybe a previous guest and covered with branches & leaves. Some of the back porch & outdoor bulbs were burned out. The inside was clean a white wine on the kitchen table - nice touch. Maybe some time since guests recently stayed because the bottom of the kitchen chairs were full of spider webs. Living room furniture dated & uncomforable. The local contact responded quickly but was not very helpful. We asked about finding a sports channel to watch the Ravens game on the house TV/Verizon Fios. The response was " We pay $200 a month for this service. It should get everything you want - Good luck kiddo." The fire pit on the porch area was enjoyable. Great location and close to family nearby. Cute house and nice proptery - has potential but overpriced.
