My 17 year old daughter and I stayed here for 5 nights. It is in a fantastic location right in the old town however very quiet at night. It has everything we needed and it felt very homely and cosy. Even a bottle of wine for us on arrival! Maria is an outstanding host - extremely helpful and a lovely person. Stop looking - book this one! You won’t regret it.

Nous avons été charmés par le logement de Maria, romantique et intime comme nous le voulions. Proche de toute la vie animée de la vieille ville, des restaurants et cafés boulangeries, accessibles à pieds en 5 mns. Mais en même temps tranquille car un peu en retrait. Maria est une hôte très attentive au confort des locataires. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la multitude de petites attentions qu'elle a laissée dans l'appartement: une bouteille de rosé au frigo, des chocolats de Pâques sur la table, du café,du thé et même quelques produits d'hygiène et un parapluie. Sans oublier sa flexibilité à accepter qu'on arrive un peu plus tôt que l"heure prevue. On reviendra c'est plus que certain. Merci Maria!

Super kind host, effective communication and wonderful apartment for the price. Very easy to find and right in the heart of old town! Both Maria and this apartment were perfect for our trip to Nice.
