The flat is very nice, and the location is great. But the hosts use Veeve, and they are a ridiculous service. They force you to sign several agreements on top of the usual Airbnb terms and conditions to protect the host but can’t ensure minor things. The Airbnb listing promises a microwave and shampoo. There is an oven by no microwave. All shampoo they provided for a week-long stay worth over £1,000 was a 40ml hotel size bottle (keep in mind that the flat is on the very top of Montmartre so the closest supermarket is 10 minutes down the stairs and then 10 minutes all the way back up, and they close quite early…). Also, although the flat was generally clean, all radiators are super dusty, so when you turn heating on it smells like burnt dust. Veeve must do much better job and ditch these ridiculous additional contracts and stick to Airbnb T&Cs.

Veeve est une entreprise qui se montre te Rês défaillissent au début, mais qui n’a aucune préoccupation pour les clients. L’appartement n’était pas aménagé comme il faut, il n’y avait même pas de bouilloire électrique, les casseroles n’étaient pas propres. Nous n’avons même pas pu faire un café (il y avait une machine à café, mais si vous souhaitez faire votre propre café il est impossible) À l’arrivée la personne qui nous a envoyé lá confirmation a mis la mauvaise adresse et nous sommes restés plus d’une heure dans la rue avec nos valises + bébé sans pouvoir joindre quelqu’un qui pourrait nous aider. Ils ne se sont même pas excusé ensuite! À la fin du voyage impossible de faire un late checkout, d’ailleurs a 10 heures pile il y avait déjà l’équipe de nettoyage qui débarquait. C’est à dire c’est une entreprise qui gère l’appartement et ils ne sont flexibles en rien, mais ne pe attention aux clients non-plus. Je ne recommande pas et je n’y reviendrai pas, situé pour le prix qu’ils prennent!

This was a lovely place to stay in Paris! You will not be disappointed if you stay here- Beautiful area with restaurants and views within walking distance. Close to local transportation. Spacious, clean, and beautiful place to stay. Towels and linens provided. Veeve team is outstanding in responding to questions/concerns/emails. (Our only challenge throughout our stay was finding silverware to eat meals with that we would make) We would stay here again for sure!
