Very nice place to stay. Only stayed overnight one night. Fair price for one night. House in grounds outside where well kept and clean. Beds were very comfortable.
Loved the fact that the backyard was fenced. I appreciated the quietness the bedrooms were small but ok . We were unable to figure out how to use the TV but we didn’t need TV. It was great to have downtime. Loved that it had washer and dryer and close to town . The host was great to communicate with an answered questions swiftly. We”ll definitely stay again in the future.
Only needed to reach out with questions but the response time was almost immediately. We were in town to work at the local hospital and will be returning in the spring. We will definitely be looking to stay again.
Wendy’s place was wonderful. Easy check in and better than described. Wendy was great at communicating and available to answer any questions we might have had. The house was very clean and had all needed amenities. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house backs up to open space so the backyard was was a peaceful sitting space. The bedrooms all have very cozy beds with nice comfy bedding. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself visiting the area in the future.
The house was very comfortable to stay in and it was great watching geese land in the field behind the house.

I personally prefer Airbnb for the experience and why wouldn't I want to stay in a house over a hotel. We have recently decided to become hosts and list our home in Alturas, CA.
