Can’t recommend this caravan and Host enough. Great communication, great directions, great caravan, great location. Welcome tea etc was much appreciated on arrival. We found so much to do around the area, out of the site. This is NO reflection on the owner what so ever but the entertainment passes on site are NOT as advertised. Passes are very expensive. £24.95 per adult £19.95 per child for 3 nights. Hope to stay in this beautiful caravan soon. Thank you soo much for a lovely weekend break.

Graham is a 1st class host, nothing is too much trouble and he thinks of everything to make your stay perfect. The caravan / static home location is perfect, lots to do on site & only 10 minutes up the road to Skegness. Graham made the stay ideal, great communication and little extras (like an Xmas tree for us as we stayed in December & a bowl of fruit / tea & milk etc.). The caravan is very clean indeed, great shower, very warm and has everything you need for a great stay - will defo use again no question!
