We had a great stay at Jaime’s! AirBnB was as described with Tahoe lake and many restaurants in walking distance. Jaime was a responsive host and ensured all instructions were clear, thank you again!

Jamie's place was stupendous- my partner and I both agreed that it was one of the best air bnbs we have ever stayed in. Check in instructions were very clear and there was a small hiccup but Jaime let us check in late and was quick to respond and check in on us. Once we got into the Airbnb, we were so happy: the place is clean, with every amenity that you could want. The bed is comfortable, the backyard is huge, and the bathroom has heated floors! Jaime made sure to have every possible detail taken care of- we haven't been this happy with an Airbnb in a really long time and usually go with hotels. I guarantee 100% that I will try to book again at this place and really recommend it to anyone who wants a nice, quiet space next to all the great things in Kings Beach!

Really enjoyed our stay at Jamie's place! It's a snug spot -- perfect for two people who are looking for convenient and clean accommodations but plan to spend most of their time outdoors! Everything inside is extremely functional, well laid-out, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. A nice plus is that the bathroom is very spacious :).

This tiny home was very much as described. The entrance is obvious and very easy access from the street. It was darker than I expected inside, but Jamie has added privacy screening and blinds to the front and back windows (I had a concern from previous reviews) which I really appreciate. The backyard is actually nicer than the photos look, I was happy there was so much decking, and it’s well kept. I thought it was less private than it looks online- when you’re using the grill you can see the road and the mobile home community, and they can see you. The location is great! A couple blocks to ice cream, mini golf, antique/thrift shops, and three blocks to the beach! I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go in kings beach- all the restaurants, some small markets, and I was at the beach constantly to soak in the summer feel. Neighborhood is a mixture of full timers and rental homes, when I was there it was pretty quiet and peaceful. It is very small, for one person it was plenty of room

Good location next to Kings Beach. Unit was clean and well appointed. A little hard to find if arriving after dark.
