房子非常干净整洁舒适，位置还好易于寻找，并且非常安静。除了没有洗衣机稍感不方便外，其他一切都很全，甚至还有小点心和矿泉水，一切看起来非常新且干净，而且有员工打扫房间，尤其床非常舒适，每天都能睡个好觉。我们的假期非常完美，希望有机会再来亚速尔并再次入住Claudia的房子。

We had a great stay at Claudia's apartments. They are located in the heart of the capital so every attraction there is accessible on foot. The premises are new and well taken care of. Plus, there s a garage on site so that you can rent a car and park it safely inside. The apartment was spacious and clean and Claudia was a warm host, happy, talkative and energetic, with good tips on where to eat.

Claudia’s place is outstanding! It is absolutely beautiful and very luxurious. The beds are superb and each bedroom has its own TV. The patio space is stunning. We love the proximity to the downtown area with many restaurants and activities. The island is small enough that this unit makes a perfect home base for exploring, including a garage for the necessary rental car. Claudia was very communicative and friendly. I high recommend it.

Claudia's complex of apartments are beautiful, and the one stayed in (Apartment #1, I think there are 7 in total) was pristine. The beds were super comfy too. It's easy to center town, so a perfect place explore Ponta Delgada. Highly recommended!
