Overall we had a great experience with the apartment. The rooms looked just like the photos. Being so near the Rialto bridge was a huge plus. The ongoing renovations on the exterior of the building took away some of the view, but didn’t disturb us as we were away from the apartment during the day. The host was upfront about these renovations ahead of time which was appreciated.

Really beautiful home and well kept. The location was so nice with access from multiple vaporetto stops. Great food options including a restaurant right outside the door. Close to multiple minimarts if we needed to pick up water or snacks (we choose to pick up some hand soap for our stay). Air conditioners units in every bedroom and lots of storage in the two larger bedrooms. Couple of items worth mentioning: it was a washer dryer combo machine but we were able to find some youtube videos to help us, second bathroom is on the smaller side which may be difficult to maneuver for some guests, and finally the stairs up to the apartment are not made for the over-packer (it’s one long run directly to the apartment level with no landings so overly large suitcases are not advise). All in a great place to stay and we would definitely rent this place again!
