Location is great, walk to shops, walk to foreshore. Noisy as the house is right next to bridge, the main road. House needs updating, especially the bathroom. Old smell. Otherwise it was comfortable, bed & sofa. Kitchen is fully equipped for many guests. Laundry is there. View of the canal is beautiful even though people walking all the time across the bridge next to the house. We brought our own linen.

Great location, short drive to shops, boat ramp and restaurants. We love fishing so was very handy to have our own pontoon on the canal.
