The cockroaches were hard to adjust. There were many on arrival and throughout our stay. We made the best of a bad situation. The house was just unclean. It could've been worse I guess.

Lovely place, beds were comfortable. It was pet friendly which was our biggest plus.

Close to bakery, news agent, pet store, smoke shop, fishing and Bribie info centre!

The house was a good size for us. Close to lots of family friendly things. The host tried to charge us outside of air bnb multiple times - $500 deposit to check in, $100 late check in even though we gave advance notice and the key was in an unmanned lockbox, we lost a key and we had to pay a $100 call out fee (that one was on us but pretty unreasonable price), and while i was happy to pay to replace a key they said they plan on charging us to replace all lockes (very unreasonable). The house was filthy, my bub had black knees, hands and feet from crawling around after the first 20 mins. I went to get a drink and when i drank old food went in my mouth from the cup and the rim was crusty, so gross. There was a large dirty black hole/burn in queen mattress, so gross. Advertise as pet friendly but my dog was injured in the garden from debree in the dog yeard. $130 vet bill on our first day of arriving. Overall it was a bit of a nightmare. Never experienced anything like it on air bnb

Beach Beach shack with personality and some charm. close to everything, nice street and quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed my time there
